Several developers here get the concept, which is encouraging.  Many do not grasp the concept of reuse, and when they do, it is purely in the form of code, as opposed to implementation.  So the infrastructure/utilities analogy will come in handy.  

Appreciate the insight gentlemen.  A few gems that will certainly come in handy.</description>
